What You’ll Do
As our Growth Coordinator, your focus will be on identifying new opportunities, deepening client relationships, and guiding our market expansion efforts through data, hustle, and heart.
Marketing & Strategy
• Conduct ongoing market research to monitor trends, analyze competitors, and identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Design Team to launch campaigns across social media, print, and live events.
• Develop strategic growth initiatives that expand product offerings and market segments.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Building
• Proactively engage builders, contractors, and design professionals to generate new business.
• Schedule and conduct 3–5 daily appointments with new or existing clients to build rapport.
• Ensure client expectations are clearly set — and consistently exceeded.
• Represent QG&I at BNI, WABA, and other industry events as a trusted voice and brand ambassador.
KPI Tracking & Reporting
• Measure success using KPIs such as:
• Revenue growth and new business profit
• Client acquisition and retention
• Lead conversion rate and sales cycle length
• Customer satisfaction
• Provide weekly and monthly performance reports with insight on market trends and opportunities.

• You grow revenues and profits from new business.
• You exceed new client acquisition targets.
• You convert leads into contracts with above-average close rates.
• You maintain high client satisfaction and retention.
• You provide timely, accurate performance reports.
What You Bring
• Experience in outside sales, marketing, design, or CRM-based client management.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, relationship-first mindset.
• A track record of self-management, persistence, and goal-driven execution.
• Preferred: Experience in construction, stone, or high-end design industries.
• No degree required — performance, not pedigree is what we value most.
Details That Matter
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Location: Hybrid – office-based + local travel
• Travel: Local only (appointments, events, check-ins)
Compensation & Perks
• Base Salary: $50,000–$65,000 (DOE)
• Incentives: Commission + performance bonuses
