Colorado Style Home Furnishings is seeking a full time luxury retail furniture sales associate for their South Denver location. This is an incredible opportunity for a highly motivated, outgoing, customer-focused, creative interior designer retail furniture sales associate to join a successful, growing, creative and motivated sales team. Assist clients with interior home design, furniture consultation and in-home visits focusing on creating custom living spaces with the best top-tier furniture lines along with an extensive selection of luxurious leathers, beautiful fabrics and unique accessories. With more than an acre of fine furniture, the best luxury furniture brands and most competitive prices in town, this is an incredible opportunity for success. We provide the tools to succeed with paid training, one-on-one coaching, educational development and insights from experts in the industry. We constantly update our vast inventory with new products. Our showroom changes weekly and our design experts sell directly off the showroom floor from our enormous inventory of in-stock merchandise or utilize our design room to customize a special order. Every visit is a new experience, so your clients have a greater possibility of finding the perfect piece to capture the look and feel they are searching for. Required Qualifications: • Genuine passion for furniture, design and quality products. • Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service, generate sales, close sales and exceed sales goals. • Eye for color, detail and interior design. Furniture industry experience preferred. • Positive attitude, excellent communication and organizational skills, attention to detail and follow through. • Minimum 2+ years of luxury sales experience is required. Experience in luxury furniture sales, high-end retail sales or interior design preferred. • Available to work flexible schedule including weekends. • Strong desire to learn the wide variety of furniture lines we carry, with endless opportunities to expand product knowledge and expertise. Responsibilities: • Assist clients with high-end furniture and interior design solutions that meet their needs and preferences. • Assist clients with interior home design, furniture consultation and in-home visits focusing on creating custom living spaces with selection of luxurious leathers, beautiful fabrics and unique accessories. • Provide exceptional customer service to every client and inquiry. • Utilize effective communication skills to highlight product features, design specifics and turn around times. • Process transactions accurately and track order from initial sale, production through delivery. • Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall shopping experience and ensure accurate orders. • Maintain and accessorize showroom displays.
