About the Job ICT Consignment is searching for a self-driven, goal-oriented, energetic sales and design representative to join our team. Responsibilities: • Consistently execute sales to hit daily, weekly & monthly sales goals • Create store layouts and prepare furniture and accessories that display current trends and create a visually appealing product presentation • Keep the showroom fresh, organized and inspiring • Continually advance your knowledge on available product solutions and workplace • Provide excellent customer service to buyers from start to finish on all deals • Sell with integrity/attention to detail • Our Clientele Specialists help clients on the sales floor but are also expected to cultivate sales through social media and client outreach. • Engage with consignors/sellers to ensure accurate presentation on incoming inventory • Dialogue with existing consignors/sellers to ensure market pricing is correct and competitive • Maintaining a client book with goals of new clients, sales goals, social media posting, knowledge of company inventory to meet client's needs • Clean, stage and take quality photos of incoming inventory • Update and maintain accurate inventory in POS and website daily Qualifications: • Must be a self-starter who can work independently, execute quickly and move to next task. • Must have strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication. • Must have exceptional computer and writing skills. • Must be coachable • We are always evolving and growing and must be able to adapt to change well • Must be able to work some weekends • Professional personal appearance • Retail experience and experience in the resale industy a plus • Prior experience using computerized point-of-sale (POS) system preferred • Knowledge of designer high-end brands a plus • Customer service orientated • Help in other areas of the store when needed • Strong social media skills ( Facebook, Instagram and Tik Tok) for selling and brand integrity Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $12.00 - $20.00 per hour Benefits: • Employee discount • Flexible schedule • Paid training Schedule: • 8 hour shift • Day shift • Monday to Friday • Rotating weekends • Weekends as needed Supplemental pay types: • Bonus opportunities Work Location: In person
