If you're a licensed or certified interior designer with a passion for business development, client relationships, and team leadership, this is your opportunity to shape the growth of a dynamic, multi-disciplinary office.Drive Business Development: Build and expand client relationships across private and public sectors, particularly in workplace, hospitality, residential, and mixed-use environments.Grow the Team: Mentor and develop interior design talent while collaborating with other disciplines, including architecture, civil, MEP, structural, and survey.Oversee Projects: Guide interior design projects from concept through delivery, ensuring design excellence, functionality, and client satisfaction.Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with firm-wide leadership to align Idaho’s growth with EVstudio’s broader vision.RequirementsNCIDQ-certified or licensed Interior Designer (ID or eligible for reciprocity preferred)7+ years of experience, including client-facing and project leadership rolesDemonstrated business development success and local market knowledgeProven leadership skills with a collaborative, team-first mindsetExperience in workplace, hospitality, healthcare, or municipal interiors is a plusWhat We OfferWe are targeting a base salary of $90,000 to $120,000, but it is determined by several factors, including education, experience, and a history of working in the Boise metro area.Medical insurance, including an HSA optionDental insuranceVision insuranceEmployer-paid life insuranceSTD & LTDA minimum of 15 days PTO, and higher for more experienced employeesAccident insurance401k match of 4%One full day of paid VTO (Volunteer Time Off) annuallyRoth 401K optionAnnual company ski day and summer picnicFlexible hoursIn many cases, our roles can be worked in a hybrid capacityMonthly employee celebrations (with free lunch!)The opportunity to touch every aspect of a project, from beginning to endFree snacksWeekly volleyball league in the Summer and bowling in the WinterCompany-owned bar in the parking lot of the Denver officeRelaxed dress codeEntrepreneurial mindset – If you have an idea, we want you to pursue it!Our Hiring ProcessEVstudio prides itself on being efficient in its hiring process.
