Responsibilities: • The Interior Designer will direct, supervise, and mentor junior staff members. • They will be responsible for executing yearly reviews and goal setting processes based on personal and professional development goals. • Active participation in company-wide initiatives and business plans is required. Requirements: • A professional Interior Design degree or related field experience is preferred. • Relevant professional work experience in Workplace, Multi-Family, and/or Healthcare sectors is required. • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. • Advanced knowledge of interior design concepts, practices, and methods is necessary.
