and analyzing construction documentation; Food Service Design & Equipment

Credentials: Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs, O365, Teams, OneNote,
etc. Working knowledge of Revit is a MUST (Min 2 Years a plus) Attention to
detail / organization Be able to multitask and handle multiple projects at one
time Experience working in a commercial interior design or architectural firm
Food Service/Restaurant design experience is a plus Professional or College
level experience in Drafting/Detailing and or Interior Design is a MUST
AAS/BA/BS degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field is a plus
Work in a Team environment (Training will be provided for industry specific
programs such as KLC, AQ, CRM and any other internal project management
platforms) Responsibilities: Use Revit to create floor plans based on
conceptual designs Build elevations/sections in Revit, annotate, keynote and
detail. Draw existing building conditions based on Project Managers' site
surveys Integration of manufactures drawings and spec FAB drawings
Add/build/delete/modify Revit family parameters, Creating and annotating
Interior Design plans in Revit Selecting furniture and creating layout plans
in Revit Build Finish Schedules Assisting with design presentations as needed
Work with Interior Design department selecting and detailing finishes Work
with Manufacturers Reps and Vendors.
