Design/Purchasing Agent

This is an experienced-level position but entry level individuals are encouraged to apply. This position consists of, but not limited to, the following responsibilities: • Compile material selections for projects. • Create and send purchase orders to vendors. • Organize job materials and parts. • Organize job project information on our client program. • Work one-on-one with clients and designers regarding project selections and progress. • Work one-on-one with our lead job supervisors for project scheduling. • Showroom organization • Maintaining job timelines Characteristics and abilities we are looking for: • Computer Technical Skills • Graphic & Writing Skills • Time Management • Organization • Customer Service No prior work experience is required but you must have a desire to learn and strive in this business and have GREAT attention to detail.
