Role Description This is a full-time on-site position located in Lodi, CA, for a Designer Sales Consultant. The selected candidate will assist customers in creating personalized interior designs by combining consulting expertise with a passion for design. Responsibilities include providing tailored consultations, guiding clients in selecting products and materials, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, and closing sales. The role also involves building and maintaining strong client relationships while collaborating with the team to deliver outstanding home and commercial improvement projects. Qualifications • Expertise in Sales Consulting and Consulting to address client needs and achieve personalized solutions. • Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to build trust and ensure a positive client experience. • Exceptional Communication skills to effectively interact with clients, teammates, and vendors. • A passion for design and a strong understanding of interior design principles and trends. • Proficiency in working with design tools and software is a plus. • Ability to work collaboratively within a team-focused environment while maintaining attention to detail. • Prior experience in the interior design, furniture, or home improvement industries is advantageous.
