Heights Venture is seeking dynamic, motivated applicants, who enjoys a wide variety of architectural experiences in a fast-paced environment to join our Houston, Plano, and Chicagoland Teams. Heights Venture offers a comprehensive range of services including master planning, site planning, existing conditions surveys, design, and construction documentation. We also manage contract administration and post-construction evaluations.
Role Description
This full-time role based in Houston(TX), Plano(TX), and Lisle(IL) as a Designer, Interior Designer, Project Coordinator, or Project Manager (position based on skillset and experience). The daily tasks include space planning, developing architectural designs, and preparing construction drawings. The role requires collaboration with teams, overseeing project progress, and ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
Qualifications
Space Planning and Architecture skills
Experience in preparing Construction Drawings
Ability to work well within a team and manage projects
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit)
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
Architectural License is a plus
