This role is perfect for someone with a background in home improvement sales who thrives in a consultative sales environment and is passionate about helping clients bring their home renovation visions to life. As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for walk-in customers, while also building and nurturing relationships with outside contractors, designers, and builders. Your mission will be to grow our client base and drive sales through a mix of showroom consultations and proactive outreach. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: • Greet and assist walk-in clients, guiding them through our product offerings and design options. • Provide expert product knowledge in flooring, countertops, cabinetry, and remodeling solutions. • Prepare quotes and design proposals that meet client needs and budget. • Develop new business relationships with contractors, builders, and designers to drive repeat and referral business. • Follow up on leads, maintain CRM records, and ensure timely project follow-through. • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge. • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth project execution. ⸻ Qualifications: • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a retail showroom or home improvement industry (flooring, countertops, kitchen/bath remodeling). • Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and close sales. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. • Comfortable working with design tools, blueprints, and product specifications. • Basic knowledge of construction and remodeling processes is a plus. ⸻ What We Offer: • Competitive base salary + bonus & commission structure • Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company • Supportive and team-oriented work environment • Product training and continuous development • Paid time off
