Design Studio Director Role

Interior Design Leadership Opportunity We are seeking a visionary interior design professional to lead our studio and drive business growth. As a seasoned interior designer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to expand our client base and grow our team of talented designers. • Drive Business Growth: Build strong relationships with clients across various sectors, including workplace, hospitality, residential, and mixed-use environments. • Develop the Team: Mentor and nurture interior design talent while collaborating with other disciplines, such as architecture, civil, MEP, structural, and survey. • Oversee Projects: Guide interior design projects from concept through delivery, ensuring excellence, functionality, and client satisfaction. • Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with firm-wide leadership to align Idaho's growth with our broader vision. Requirements: • NCIDQ-certified or licensed Interior Designer (ID or eligible for reciprocity preferred) • 7+ years of experience, including client-facing and project leadership roles • Demonstrated business development success and local market knowledge • Proven leadership skills with a collaborative, team-first mindset • Experience in workplace, hospitality, healthcare, or municipal interiors is a plus
