Design Project Manager

Description: We are looking for a talented and organized Project Manager to join our Interiors team! This role is ideal for someone with experience in high-end interior design environments who thrives overseeing projects, managing timelines and clients, and seeing details through to completion. This is an incredible opportunity to work on a variety of design-driven residential projects in a collaborative studio. A background in project management and interior design is needed, but a design degree may not be necessary with the right job experience. This is a full-time in-office position located in Austin, TX. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage residential interior design projects from kickoff through installation • Develop unique ideas tailored to clients needs and project specifics • Coordinate with designers, vendors, contractors, and clients to ensure project deadlines and deliverables are met • Source and specify high-end furnishings, fabrics, finishes, fixtures, etc. • Attend site visits, document progress, and ensure execution of design intent • Support creation and review of drawings, plans, and presentation materials Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience working in an interior design firm or related industry • Strong project management skills and ability to lead multiple projects • Proficiency in project tools such as Excel/Google Sheets, Familiarity with AutoCAD preferred • Clear communicator with excellent organizational skills and follow-through • Knowledge of furnishings, materials, showrooms, and the interior design process • Comfortable collaborating with a creative team and taking initiative To apply, please send your resume to office@greerinteriordesign.com Job Type: Full-time Benefits: • Paid time off Ability to Commute: • Austin, TX 78701 (Required) Ability to Relocate: • Austin, TX 78701: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
