Design Consultant/Sales

Unlimited Earning Potential We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Window Treatment Designer / Sales Consultant to join our growing team. As a Window Treatment Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and selling custom window coverings—including blinds, shades (interior and exterior), shutters, and drapes—that enhance the beauty and functionality of residential and commercial spaces. This role blends design expertise, customer service, and sales strategy. You will help set up and manage showroom displays, guide clients through product selections, and generate residual sales from multiple showroom locations. Duties: • Collaborate with clients to assess their window covering needs and preferences • Provide in-home consultations and take accurate measurements • Create functional, stylish designs using a variety of window treatment options • Present design concepts and product samples to clients • Prepare and submit sales quotes and manage order processing • Maintain showroom displays and assist in product merchandising • Participate in promotional events and engage in outside sales • Attend product training, team meetings, and industry events as required Qualifications: • Experience in window treatment design, interior design, or related sales • Strong product knowledge in blinds, shades, shutters, and drapery • Excellent customer service and communication skills • Ability to use POS systems and CRM software • Strong sales acumen with experience in both in-store and in-home sales • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for site visits • Ability to stay current with industry trends and design innovations This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about interior design and sales.
