They have comprehensive knowledge ranging from furniture construction to design trends. They use "relationship selling" techniques through interior design consultations and makeovers to maximize selling opportunities. Our sales teams earning potential is $50,000 to $100,000+ Annually - earnings vary based on selling performance and merchandise sold. Sell more – Earn more ! Position Requirements: • 5 Years furniture sales experience • Highly motivated, determined and goal driven • Proven success in high dollar sales environment (i.e. Furniture, jewelry, cars, fine clothing, etc.) • Furniture commission sales experience preferred • Ability to connect with customers and understand the customer needs • Ability to create an exceptional customer experience and exceed the customer's expectations • High Energy Team Player. • Ability and willingness to learn the art of interior design.
