This person meets with clients and takes them through the tile selection process. Design Consultants are the driving force behind bring the homeowner’s visions into a reality. They work with builders, remodelers, designers, installers, and homeowners alike from the selections process until the material gets to the jobsite. SKILLS REQUIRED: 1. Strong customer service relationship-building skills 2. Ability to plan, organize and set priorities 3. Maintain customer communication and ensure customer satisfaction 4. Demonstrate strength as a critical thinker and problem solver 5. Superior verbal and written communication skills 6. Must possess good and friendly people skills 7. Possess good knowledge of the computer and its basic applications 8. Unquestionable integrity 9. Strong organization skills 10. Must be self-motivated and have ability to work independently 11. Must possess ability to multi-task 12. Work collaboratively with internal staff and outside sales staff 13. Follow procedures for preparing and entering orders 14.
