The position involves working closely with homeowners and trade partners to understand their needs, customize solutions, and drive sales. Responsibilities • Engaging with leads and trade partners via emails, online platforms, and in-person scenarios to understand their needs and preferences. • Prospecting for industry partners to build a referral network. • Collaborating with customers/partners to customize plans according to their requirements and budget. • Maintaining a strong pipeline of prospects and consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets. • Collaborating with the broader sales and marketing team to drive marketing initiatives and boost brand awareness. • Utilizing referral and network systems to generate leads for potential clients. Requirements • Proven track record of success as an interior designer, design consultant, selections coordinator or window treatment sales. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike. • Strong understanding of design and architecture trends, the real estate, and home building industry, especially in the Carolinas region. • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment, adapting to customer needs and market changes. • Knowledge of home construction, architecture, or a related field is a plus. • CRM knowledge is preferred. • Competent computer skills will be necessary for success. • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field preferred.
