Job Title: Design Consultant ">About This Role: "> This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic retail environment where you will be responsible for supporting three primary store priorities: Customer Satisfaction, In-Stock Initiatives, and Store Visual Merchandising. "> • You will provide fast, thorough, and friendly service to customers to support our Customers First initiative. • You will assess stock levels of samples and brochures and restock them as necessary to support In-Stock initiatives. • You will ensure special order displays and showrooms promote a shopping environment that is appealing and safe to support Store Visual Merchandising. ">Key Responsibilities: "> • Welcome and interact with customers to understand their kitchen and/or bath project needs. • Provide showroom tours and set up customers for kitchen and/or bath measures. • Meet with customers to discuss room designs and make purchasing recommendations. • Assess customer needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.
