In this role, you will serve as a vital link between clients, suppliers, and construction teams, guiding high-end renovation projects from concept to completion. Your expertise in layout design, lighting, and interior aesthetics will help transform spaces into stunning, functional environments. Duties Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision, needs, and budget for kitchen and bathroom remodels. Develop detailed layout designs using CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software and Pro-Kitchens to create accurate visual representations of proposed projects. Present design concepts to clients, highlighting features such as lighting design, material selections, and overall aesthetics. Manage the entire project lifecycle from initial consultation through installation, ensuring timely completion and quality standards are met. Coordinate with construction teams on renovation processes, maintenance requirements, and troubleshooting issues during remodeling projects. Maintain organized records of client interactions, project details, and account management activities. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and ensuring a seamless experience throughout the project. Skills Proven experience in high-end sales within the renovation or interior design industry. Proficiency in CAD software, SketchUp, and lighting design tools to create compelling layouts. Knowledge of remodeling processes, construction practices, and maintenance procedures related to kitchens and bathrooms. Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to articulate design ideas clearly and build rapport with clients. Organizational skills necessary for managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively with interior designers, contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure project success.
