Overview
Our dynamic design team is looking to add a Design Assistant to aide with all showroom design phases and be at the forefront of creating stone masterpieces!
This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with talented professionals, develop your skills in interior design, and contribute to transformative new construction and remodeling projects.
As a key support to our design team, you'll help bring concepts to life through detailed drafting, visualization, and project coordination.

Responsibilities
Assist senior designers in developing conceptual and technical drawings using CAD and other software systems.Prepare detailed sketches, quotes, and visualizations to communicate design ideas effectively.Support project management tasks including scheduling, budgeting, job detailing, etc.Collaborate on stone selections, creating layouts, and properly selecting best quality stone.Conduct site visits for renovation, remodeling, or construction projects to gather measurements and assess progress.Assist in preparing contracts, proposals, and documentation related to each project design.Contribute to team discussions and material selections that enhance the procedures and functionality of the business processes.Skills
Experience with drafting, technical drawing standards, and CAD software applicationsUnderstanding of interior design principles including space planning, color theory, new construction, and remodeling processes.Familiarity with project management practices such as scheduling, budgeting, and contract administrationKnowledge of construction procedures, renovation techniques, and building codesExcellent communication skills for collaborating with clients, contractors, and team membersEmbark on a rewarding journey where your creativity fuels inspiring environments!
