We specialize in building truly custom homes, working closely with each client to bring their vision to life with a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail. Position Overview We are looking for a Design & Selections Coordinator to guide clients through the design and selections process of building their custom home. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interior design, working with people, and staying highly organized. You will help clients make design decisions while ensuring selections are clearly documented and communicated to our team. Key Responsibilities Lead client design and selection meetingsGuide homeowners through selections including:Finishes (flooring, cabinetry, countertops, etc.)Fixtures and materialsLayout and design optionsProvide design input and help clients make confident decisionsRespond to client questionsConfirm, document, and track all selections accuratelyCoordinate with vendors and internal team membersMaintain organization and updates in Buildertrend (managment Software)Help keep projects on schedule by ensuring selections are completed on timeQualifications Strong eye for design, color, and layoutExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHighly organized with strong attention to detailAbility to manage multiple projects at onceComfortable guiding clients through decision-makingPositive, professional, and solution-oriented mindsetTech savvyPreferred (but not required): Experience in interior design, construction, or a client-facing roleWork Schedule & Compensation Part-time positionFlexible daytime hours (approximately 9:00am – 2:30pm)$25/hourThis role is ideal for someone looking for a consistent, professional position with flexibility during the day.
