Job Title: Design and Display Specialist Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Design and Display Specialist to join our team. As a Design and Display Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our customers and driving sales to meet department and store goals. Key Responsibilities: • Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming customers, assessing their kitchen and bath project needs, and offering personalized showroom tours. • Assess stock levels of samples and brochures and ensure they are replenished as necessary to support In Stock initiatives. • Ensure special order displays and showrooms promote a safe and appealing shopping environment that aligns with our Store Appearance priorities. Requirements: • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues. • Familiarity with design software and tools to create engaging room designs and purchasing recommendations.
