The Customer Service Representative acts as the liaison between the sales and design team and our clients, finalizing order details and entering them into IH’s order management system, reviewing orders for accuracy, assisting clients face-to-face or on the phone with payment options and financing, and occasionally assisting with merchandise pick-ups and delivery. This position is also cross-trained in reception. INTERIORS HOME's showroom hours are M-Th 9:30AM-6:00PM, F 9:30AM-7:00PM, Sa 9:30AM-5:00PM and Su 12:00PM-4:00PM. We are also open on New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day and Labor Day. The successful candidate will bring to the position: • Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays; • Attentiveness and always ‘being present;’ • Active listening skills; • Customer orientation and the ability to respond professionally in all situations; • Clear and effective communication; • A high degree of accuracy; • Willingness to continually grow product knowledge; • Experience in a customer-facing role.
