Residence Supply is the fastest-growing DTC brand in lighting and hardware, inspired by the enduring beauty of Spanish Colonial and Old-World European design. In under two years, we’ve passed 8-figures in revenue, launched hundreds of handcrafted SKUs, and built a community of design lovers who crave heritage over sterile modern block homes.
Now, we need a Creative Strategist who has the vision, taste, and storytelling skills to bring our brand to life on screen. Someone with an elite eye for design, a genuine love of interiors, and the ability to translate timeless craftsmanship into cinematic narratives that make people stop scrolling.
The Role:
We’re hiring a Creative Strategist who will own the look, feel, and narrative of our video content.
You’ll work hand-in-hand with our Founder, Creative Director, and Marketing team to:
• Concept, film, and edit short-form and long-form video campaigns
• Capture cinematic product and lifestyle content.
• Build Residence Supply’s visual world across social, ads, and branded storytelling
• This isn’t just content creation. You are shaping the aesthetic of an up and coming home brand.
What You’ll Take Ownership Of:
Right from the start:
• Shoot and edit high-quality video content for product launches, campaigns, and social channels
• Develop a brand-consistent visual storytelling style rooted in interiors, heritage, and design
• Build an efficient video workflow from pre-production through delivery
• Elevate product shoots into stories — making a light switch feel like a work of art
Short-Term Goals (30–60 Days):
• Deliver 10+ video assets
• Film and edit a branded video series highlighting our design philosophy and customer stories
• Collaborate with content team to build scroll-stopping ad creatives for Meta and TikTok
Long-Term Goals (3–6+ Months):
• Build a scalable video library of Residence Supply’s catalog and story content
• Expand into higher-production brand films and showroom storytelling
• Shape our visual identity as we expand into showrooms, events, and experiential activations
• Mentor freelancers or junior content creators as our video team grows
Who You Are:
You’re not just a videographer. You’re a storyteller with taste.
• 3+ years filming and editing high-level content (DTC, interior design, architecture, or lifestyle a plus)
• Mastery of tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve
• An elite design eye — you understand composition, light, and interiors
• Ability to shoot on-site (showrooms, homes, events) with both handheld and studio setups
• Experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, and ad platforms
• Wickedly organized with a fast-turn editing workflow
• Obsessed with aesthetic detail — you see things others miss
• Bonus: motion graphics, sound design, or color grading wizardry
