Interior Space Specialist We are seeking an experienced Interior Space Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our design department, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional interior spaces that meet our clients' needs. Your expertise will involve selecting and specifying interior finishes, furnishings, and equipment, as well as designing and building presentation boards to effectively communicate design ideas to clients. Responsibilities: - Selecting and specifying interior finishes, furnishings, and equipment based on client preferences and budget constraints. - Designing and building presentation boards to showcase designs and gain client feedback. - Preparing and conducting in-person and remote client presentations to communicate design ideas and gain approval. - Collaborating with the project team to ensure smooth construction administration services. - Maintaining effective communication with consultants, vendors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or Architecture is required. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in interior design, proficiency in REVIT, ACAD, Bluebeam, Procore, Adobe Illustrator & Microsoft Office, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Additionally, they should possess a creative talent for conceptual designing, knowledge of building codes, and the ability to navigate complex projects with multiple priorities.
