About the Role We are seeking a dynamic senior-level interior designer/interior architect with 5-7 years of experience to join our team in Colorado Springs. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in developing innovative design solutions using established interior design procedures to achieve project goals within time constraints. The successful candidate will report directly to a principal and provide design direction while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Our high-profile projects require a seasoned professional who can lead projects with minimal start-up time. Key Responsibilities • Develop designs and plans for the interior spaces of commercial and residential buildings • Lead and collaborate on projects, including programming, conceptual and schematic design, design development, product procurement, and budget/schedule management • Produce contract documents, presentations, and cost estimates • Collaborate with team members, contractors, and subcontractors to deliver results for clients • Work with consultants, furniture dealers, product reps, and fabricators to execute project objectives Requirements • 5-7 years of experience as an interior designer, with a focus on commercial, hospitality, healthcare, education, historic, and/or government projects • Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Create Suite, MS Office • Expertise in phases of the design process, specifications, materials, and FF&E • Outstanding conceptual 3D thinking and graphic presentation skills • Capacity to lead and manage multiple projects at varying stages of development • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field from an accredited school About the Opportunity This full-time position offers a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, employer-matched investment plan, accelerated vacation accrual program, education reimbursement plan, and industry education event opportunities.
