Client Services Representative Miami Design District

This is not a traditional customer service position. Our Client Services Representatives own the full lifecycle of made-to-order furniture orders, from placement through final delivery, across a portfolio of designers, architects, and showroom partners throughout the U.S. With over 90% of our business made-to-order and lead times of 20–24 weeks, this role requires a high level of precision, urgency, and ownership. The strongest performers anticipate issues before they arise, communicate proactively, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. This role is based in Miami and supports both the Miami showroom and a network of partner showrooms across the Southern and Midwestern U.S., as well as international designers in South America. You will work crossfunctionally with internal teams in the U.S. and France, acting as a key connector across the business. This is an on-site role based in our Miami showroom.
