Position Overview
Linden Creek is seeking a Client Experience Coordinator to join our Raleigh team. This role is responsible for guiding clients through a refined, seamless full-service design experience, serving as the primary liaison between the client and our in-house design team, who complete all design work. You will ensure clear communication, thoughtful coordination, and a polished experience from initial concept through final selections and implementation.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing environment and takes pride in delivering an exceptional, high-touch experience. As a key design and client-facing resource in the Raleigh market, the Client Experience Coordinator balances an exceptional customer experience with efficiency. This role works closely with the Director of Interior Design and the Interior Design Operations Manager.

What You’ll Do
Client Experience and Design Coordination
• Guide clients through the full-service design process, delivering a thoughtful, elevated, and highly personalized experience.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact and design partner, translating client needs, lifestyle, and preferences into cohesive, brand-aligned design solutions.
• Coordinate design selections including furnishings, finishes, fixtures, and décor.
• Provide creative solutions that align with project goals, timelines, and budgets.
• Ensure clear communication and a polished client experience from start to finish.
Collaboration and Project Support
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and vendor partners to coordinate selections, schedules, and deliverables.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Raleigh-area clients and vendors.
• Support the development and refinement of Linden Creek’s design standards, workflows, and client-facing materials.
Brand Stewardship
• Uphold Linden Creek’s design aesthetic and brand standards across all applicable projects.
• Ensure consistency in furnishings, finishes, and spatial planning.
• Contribute ideas for continuous improvement of design processes, resources, and franchise-wide standards.
Qualifications
Experience
• 5+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in residential interior design.
• Experience working within a multi-project, brand-driven environment is highly desirable.
Skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Clear, confident communicator with a natural ability to connect with clients.
• High attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
