Roles and Duties: • Your responsibility is to enrich the in-store customer experience by ensuring a cohesive visual representation that reflects the core values of the IKEA Brand. • Putting together, organizing, and styling in-store displays to showcase the product range and uphold the recognizable IKEA visual identity. • Strategically managing resources and materials to lessen environmental harm and maximize the potential for recycling and reusing. Key Responsibilities: • Assemble, adjust, and place furniture and interior exhibits based on the design concepts defined by IKEA. • Operate woodworking tools and machinery in a safe and effective manner. • Support in developing stimulating room decors that showcase the needs and contemporary tendencies of customers. • Maintain adherence to IKEA's safety and quality standards in all carpentry work.
