BIM Manager, Revit Modeling, Rendering & Animations

Scopos Hospitality Group is looking to fill a creative position in the Lancaster County office for our fast growing firm. Scopos Hospitality Group is a hospitality design firm specializing in culinary environments for senior living, healthcare, higher education and B&I; clients. Our firm works with Architects, Owners and Food Service Operators to design and develop commercial kitchens, restaurants, bistros, bars, cafes and many other dining venues. We are able to develop the full vision from culinary programing, menu development, branding, food service design and interior design. SCOPOS is looking for a BIM - Building Information Modeling Technician that would be involved in setting up BIM project central models, doing complex Revit modeling, integrating finish materials, building Revit families, rendering and 3D animations. The candidate must have good communication, be detail oriented, and enjoy working in a collaborative, fast paced environment. To understand the level of 3D and animations we develop, see following link https://3d.scoposhg.com/ The ideal candidate should have following qualifications and experience with software platforms: · Proficiency with Substance Suite for editing materials (or alternate tools) · Proficiency with Autodesk Revit. Including modeling, material assignments and lighting. · Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop · Proficiency with Enscape / Lumion, your preference · Food Service Design experience is a plus · Enthusiastic, creative, and willing to push design to alternate levels. · Excellent presentation skills and confident attitude · Able to effectively work with design team achieve desired goals · Understand and handle multiple projects · Knowledge of construction procedures and the overall design process is a plus · Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs · Attention to detail · Looking for this candidate to bring new ideas to the table - open to exploring new ways, tools, solutions and process.
