Second year earning potential is $95-$110k and upwards.Benefits: Enjoy PTO, holiday pay, and training pay.Leads: We have a consistent base on walk in traffic, call in leads, and aggressive marketing campaigns to get you started before you develop your own book of repeat and referral clientsWhat You'll Do:Client Consultations: Conduct engaging virtual, showroom, and in-home consultations to specify window coverings, upholstery, accessories, and other furnishings for our discerning clients.Design & Communication: Manage client communications, develop design scopes, and navigate the approval process with finesse.Project Coordination: Write up detailed paperwork and design specifications for our fabricators and manufacturers, ensuring your vision comes to life with precision.Sales & Networking: Utilize leads provided and leverage your networking skills to generate referral accounts and establish a strong presence in the community.Must-Have Qualifications:Sales Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a sales role with a proven track record of driving sales and a genuine love for the process.Technology Savvy: High proficiency in CRM, quoting,drawing softwares and other technology, as we are a completely paperless company.Design Background: A solid background in interior design or decorating.
