High end Window treatment co. seeking a multi-tasker for an ambitious Front
Office Inside Sales Representative who will answer phones in a fast-paced
environment while employing a polished and professional approach when dealing
with people . It is imperative that the hired candidate is excited to learn
the trade of Window Fashions and is willing to learn our systems to better
help every customer that calls or arrives in our showroom. Responsibilities:
Greet customers as they enter our show room , Assist in answering phones with
pleasant phone etiquette , Schedule outside sales appointments , Enter Data
into salesforce , Provide superior customer service , Open office in the
morning and set up show room for visitors , Keep show room cleaned and
organized , Provide customer call backs to follow up on appointments ,Crate
and maintain customer files, Perform other duties as assigned by office manger
(Owner) , close show room at the end of each day . Requirements: Customer
service experience , Ability to multitask , Excellent organizational and
interpersonal skills , Drive and ambition , Team-approach , Energetic
personality , Some knowledge of window treatments is a plus as well as
knowledge of Interior Design would be great , Must be a on time person.
