Key Responsibilities:
As the Architectural Project Coordinator, you will ensure technical precision from the start to completion of each project. Your role will involve close collaboration with Project Designers, Project Managers, Technical Directors, and the entire design team to successfully deliver detailed and high-quality projects. Your specific duties will include:
• Documentation and Coordination Leadership:
Bring design and construction solutions to fruition while maintaining close collaboration with the design team, contractors, and project managers.
• Field Surveys:
Conduct field surveys, perform code and accessibility analyses, and update drawings to guide the design efforts.
• Technical Development:
Develop detailed solutions, specifications, and manage drawing sets while ensuring all standards are met.
• Code Compliance:
Ensure projects meet relevant codes and effectively communicate any necessary adjustments to the design team.
Construction Supervision:
During construction phases, you will work closely with the General Contractor and project team to address field conditions, attend job site meetings, process RFIs, and evaluate contractor change orders to ensure alignment with project scope.
Technical Expertise:
• Utilize REVIT and AutoCAD proficiently to produce high-quality construction documents.
• Conduct thorough reviews of team deliverables while integrating sustainability, wellness, and equity concepts.
Required Qualifications:
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in workplace interiors; certification or licensure is preferred.
• Proficient in REVIT and AutoCAD with strong skills in construction detailing and code analysis.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently with a keen focus on detail and accountability.
