What We're Looking For The ideal candidate may have experience in some or all of the following: Architecture & Documentation Construction Document productionExisting Conditions documentationArchitectural drawing and detailingWorking from existing prototype drawing setsClient and brand standardsAdapting prototype documents to specific project conditionsJurisdiction-specific documentation requirementsCode research and applicability Technical Skills Advanced AutoCAD proficiency is highly valuedAdobe Creative SuiteRendering and visualization softwareOther architectural design and production software We are particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate a strong understanding of the relationship between existing conditions, client/brand standards, prototype documents, code requirements, and final Construction Documents. If you have recently completed CD sets that demonstrate your technical abilities, we would be interested in seeing them. International education and/or professional experience is welcome when appropriately verified and valid. Licensure is not required, although professional licensure is considered a plus. Most openings are appropriate for candidates with 0–5 years of experience, while experienced architects with 5+ years of experience may be considered for positions involving increased project, client, team, and business responsibilities.
