Skills • Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, AutoCAD + 3-D, Enscape, VRay, Grasshopper, Rhino or other visualization software • Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and/or SPEXX is a plus • Strong 3-dimensional thinking and graphic presentation skills • Understanding of building codes, standards, and structures • Excellent leadership, organization, communication, and relationship management skills • Flexibility to manage concurrent projects Responsibilities • Collaborate on base building, interior architecture, and interior design projects • Conduct programming of client needs, conceptual design, and design development • Manage budgets and schedules for projects • Coordinate documentation with structural, MEP, lighting, AV, and civil consultants • Support communication between project teams, clients, vendors, and contractors • Provide technical guidance and innovative solutions for complex challenges • Maintain project manuals and specifications • Conduct site visits and process submittals, substitution requests, and RFIs during construction • Establish and maintain productive client relationships Qualifications • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program • 5-8 years of relevant experience in interior architecture and/or ground-up building architectural experience • Licensed/registered architect; LEED accreditation is a plus • Demonstrated commitment to sustainability and sustainable building practices Education Requirements • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program Education Requirements Credential Category • Degree in Architecture Experience Requirements • 5-8 years of relevant experience in architecture and design • Proven experience managing architectural projects Why work in Tampa, FL Tampa offers a vibrant lifestyle with its beautiful weather, diverse cultural attractions, and growth opportunities within the architecture and design industry.
