About this role

Administrative Assistant 1 Objective: To assist in administrative responsibilities while working directly with interior designers to support on design projects Requirements: · Full Time Position · Bachelor's Degree desired Job Description: · Providing administrative, clerical, and design support to interior designers · Design support which includes but not limited to: o Serving as the liaison between interior designer and client o Attending all client appointments/presentations, taking detailed notes and photos, and assisting in measuring/floor plans o Assisting in the selections process and setup of client presentations o Assisting in accessory days, i.e. entering in inventory taken out of showroom, cancelling items that are brought back, retrieving payment for accessories/ remaining balances of contracts/invoices o Maintaining all paperwork needed to process all sales for interior designers, to include putting fabrics back when necessary o Creating and processing all data entry needed for projects to include: Ø Pricing/quotes/lead times Ø Completing contracts Ø Ordering Ø Templating work orders Ø Working on presentation sheets/mood boards · Overseeing projects to completion while ensuring project’s progress stays on scheduled timeline · Returning materials (to include samples, catalogs, memos, displaced merchandise) to their proper places when able to do so · Overseeing social media/ advertising, i.e. to maintain and upkeep blogs, Instagram, FaceBook, etc. · Attending all installations and deliveries · Efficiently using our computer system to track orders/inventory to assist in logistics for deliveries · Working with our satellite designers as needed to help expedite their jobs · Travelling occasionally to Murrells Inlet store for training, client order needs, or meetings · Handles all billing for Designers clients Benefit Conditions: • Waiting period may apply • Only full-time employees eligible COVID-19 Precaution(s): • Personal protective equipment provided or required • Social distancing guidelines in place • Sanitizing, disinfecting, or cleaning procedures in place Work Remotely • No Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off Schedule: • 8 hour shift Education: • High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred) • Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
