SUMMARY OF POSITION AND RESPONSIBILITY:
The Account Coordinator at Allied Stone Inc. plays a pivotal role in facilitating seamless communication and coordination between the Sales and Client Services teams, as well as Production Facilities and the Installation Team. This position demands a detail-oriented individual with exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills to ensure client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Essential Functions:

• Act as a central point of contact between Sales, Client Services, Production Facilities, and the Installation Team.
• Ensure seamless communication and efficient collaboration across departments.
• Facilitate effective information flow to guarantee timely project execution and client satisfaction.
• Assist in managing client accounts, including maintaining accurate records, tracking orders, and addressing client inquiries.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to gather client requirements and preferences, facilitating a smooth handoff to Client Services.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services, meeting client specifications and project timelines.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents to support client meetings and discussions.
• Maintain organized and efficient filing systems for client-related documents, both physical and digital.
• Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, providing accurate information and solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to client interactions and services.
QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS AND/OR TRAINING):
Required Education:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Education:
• Associate degree.
Required Experience:
• Proven experience in a client-facing role with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
Preferred Experience:
• Experience with CRM software, specifically [insert relevant software].
