Qualifications • 3 - 5 years of interior design experience, with exposure to adaptive reuse, hospitality and multi-family preferred • Experience with Architecture and the development of Construction Drawings • Proven understanding of construction documents and ability to lead projects through all phases of design • Strong attention to detail and an ability to integrate creative and functional design solutions • Knowledge of building codes and standards • Proficiency in design software such as Revit and Adobe Creative Suite • Excellent project management and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams • Relevant degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
