Role Description
Great design begins with great people. This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Designer, located in the Louisville Metropolitan Area. The Interior Designer will manage day-to-day tasks such as space planning, developing interior design concepts, and creating and reviewing construction drawings. Collaboration with clients, architects, and contractors will be central to ensuring creative and practical solutions that align with project goals.
Qualifications
• 3 - 5 years of interior design experience, with exposure to adaptive reuse, hospitality and multi-family preferred
• Experience with Architecture and the development of Construction Drawings
• Proven understanding of construction documents and ability to lead projects through all phases of design
• Strong attention to detail and an ability to integrate creative and functional design solutions
• Knowledge of building codes and standards
• Proficiency in design software such as Revit and Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent project management and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams
• Relevant degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
Education/Licensure
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Interior Design program required
• NCIDQ certification (or ability to obtain) preferred.
