This role requires an expert-level understanding of spatial planning, cabinetry design, pricing strategies, and coordination with fabricators and trades.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesLead client consultations to define design goals and lifestyle needsPresent fully realized concepts and finish palettesCreate demo and installation plans, construction documents, and 3D renderingsPrepare and price project proposals; manage order acknowledgments with factoriesOversee projects through site coordination and final walkthroughsEnsure designs comply with U.S. and Colorado building codesKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesProficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and rendering toolsStrong understanding of cabinetry construction and materialsOwn vehicle required for site visitsEducation & ExperienceCertified Kitchen Designer (CKD) preferredDegree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related5+ years of experience in high-end kitchen & bath design
