Unscripted Interior Design, a nationally recognized Interior Design Firm, with offices in Southwest Denver, CO and Santa Ana, CA is looking to grow the Commercial Design Studio with the following position: Job Description: Design Position that is of intermediate design level Ability to value engineer in a quick and organized fashion • Support Design leadership and team on multiple concurrent projects – nationwide • Strategic in the development of client presentations – including fabric, furniture, lighting and finish selections. • Working knowledge in the specification of all FF&E and interior finish selections. • Issue specifications to Purchasing department • Represent the interests of the commercial design studio to ensure issues are addressed & resolved expeditiously • Required to travel, during various project stages including installations.

Unscripted Interior Design, a nationally recognized Interior Design Firm, with offices in Southwest Denver, CO and Santa Ana, CA is looking to grow the Commercial Design Studio. The ideal candidate will be proficient in drafting software, possess a strong understanding of technical drawings and specifications, and be passionate about both the technical and artistic aspects of design. Key Responsibilities • Provide the technical delivery of AutoCAD and Revit project deliverables in close collaboration with our project team • Draft person must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be adept at developing detailed drawings, proficient in AutoCAD and Revit, organized, motivated and detail oriented. • Collaborate with the design team to understand project requirements and ensure design intent is accurately reflected in drawings and all construction documentation. · Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, BIM – 5 years+ preferred • Experience with SketchUp or other 3D modeling tools • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) - a plus • Strong understanding of building materials, construction methods, and detailing • Familiarity with building codes and regulations • Must be able to work efficiently and effectively under deadlines • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills to successfully handle multiple projects • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting and design • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Experience with 2D animation software (preferred but not required) • Applicants who meet these qualifications should email their resume, work samples, and 3 professional references
