This role is critical in ensuring the seamless execution of services, meeting client deadlines, and maintaining our brand's professional image. Logistical Coordination • Organize staging and de-staging plans to maximize efficiency and meet client needs. Team Coordination/Management • Collaborate with stylists and drivers, providing them with accurate, detailed schedules and property-specific information. Administrative Duties • Confirm lockbox codes, auto-email reminders, and ensure all critical information is easily accessible to the team.
