Position Title: Logistics/Operations Manager
Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to oversee the coordination of scheduling, logistics, opeations, and client communication for our home staging operations. This role is critical in ensuring the seamless execution of services, meeting client deadlines, and maintaining our brand's professional image.
Key Responsibilities:
Weekly Scheduling
• Strategically plan weekly schedules to meet realtor and homeowner deadlines while optimizing for logistical efficiency.
• Ensure all property-specific details are included in the calendar for accurate execution
Client Communication
• Handle some incoming client calls, adjust schedules as needed, and communicate updates promptly and professionally.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client concerns or last-minute changes, maintaining a positive and solutions-focused demeanor.
Logistical Coordination
• Organize staging and de-staging plans to maximize efficiency and meet client needs.
• Prepare and finalize the upcoming week's schedule, with flexibility to adapt to daily changes.
• Make informed decisions on inventory transfers, ensuring furniture sets are appropriately matched to property sizes and styles.
Team Coordination/Management
• Collaborate with stylists and drivers, providing them with accurate, detailed schedules and property-specific information.
• Ensure all team members are well-prepared each morning for their tasks.
Problem-Solving
• Think on your feet to handle last-minute cancellations, de-stage requests, or unexpected delays, making quick, smart decisions.
Administrative Duties
• Confirm lockbox codes, auto-email reminders, and ensure all critical information is easily accessible to the team.
• Verify and send accurate billing information to the accounting team based on client requirements.
Area Expertise
• Leverage knowledge of the local area and traffic patterns to plan routes and schedules effectively.
Brand Representation
• Uphold the company’s professional image when addressing customer concerns or communicating scheduling adjustments.
This role requires a detail-oriented, adaptable individual with excellent communication skills and a knack for logistics and problem-solving. Your ability to balance client needs, team coordination, and efficient planning will play a vital role in our success.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
