Thompson Thrift Residential is seeking to hire a Full-Time Interior Design Manager to work out of the corporate office in Indianapolis, IN . As the Interior Design Manager, you will work closely with the Director of Design and primarily oversee interior design projects for new construction choosing materials, colors, standard interior packages to create an experience for our residents. • Coordinate with the project team and design consultants, under supervision of the construction team. • Manage the development of interior design concepts and material and finish palettes for projects as part of the team or on independent design efforts. Education / Experience • Bachelors Degree required in the area of Interior Design, Architecture or related field of study.
