The Senior Project Manager (SPM) will lead the design, coordination, and execution of hospitality interior design projects from concept through completion. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, deep knowledge of hospitality design standards, and the ability to balance creative vision with technical precision, budget discipline, and client expectations. This position requires strong leadership skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for delivering outstanding design solutions. • Track and maintain project schedules, anticipating and resolving potential delays. • 10+ years of professional interior design experience with a minimum of 5 years in a project management role, ideally in hospitality.
