The Sr. Responsible for working with the project team to assist with the overall efforts of completing various project phases. You will assist in the project, including project planning, client services, conceptual design, and project completion- from participating in client presentations, to visioning, programming, schematic design, and design development.

We are seeking a Project Manager with experience in commercial drywall and interiors fit-outs to oversee single-client retail projects across the region. This role requires about 20% travel (NJ, PA, and occasionally SC, FL, VA) with all travel expenses (gas, tolls, hotels) covered. Responsibilities: • Manage project schedules, budgets, and logistics for drywall and interiors scopes. • Oversee crews and subcontractors on active job sites, ensuring quality and safety. We are hiring a Senior Interior Designer to join a highly collaborative, fast-paced studio styled team of interior designers and architects in a multi-discipline environment. • Ability to create and maintain all presentation material and documentation related to the design process, including renderings, specifications, interior construction drawings, finish schedules, and ensure that the design vision is accurately implemented in the field. • Ability to autonomously produce a full set of Interior Design construction documents i.e. Floorplans, RCPs, Finish Plans, Elevations, Details and specifications. of 10 years of Interior Design Experience in Luxury residential or Hospitality design field.
