The Designer III is responsible for project design from concept to completion with minimal oversight from the Senior Designer. The Designer III also coordinates with external consultants, reviews the work of the project team, manages and trains junior designers, and prioritizes tasks using an active project tracker. They are flexible, self-motivated, and have excellent communication and organizational skills. Understands client expectations and program in such a way that any conflicts within the design will be brought to the attention of the Senior Designer. Leads internal project team coordination for the finished plans, specifications, and material selections required for construction as needed during life of project period
