Interior Designer I

• Assist the Project Architect and Interior Design Lead in the development and implementation of creative concepts and solutions according to the Scope of Work and client specifications. • Some travel may be required • Manage and organize multiple project assignments to complete architectural projects for Interior Designers or Project Architects • Conduct project and product research for finishes, fabrics, and /or furniture selections related to assigned projects. • Professional degree of Bachelor or Master’s degree in Interior Design • Registered Interior Designer/ NCIDQ Certified • 3-6 years of professional experience • A portfolio of completed designs • Excellent technical skills, must have REVIT software experience • Strong creative design and ability to find unique solutions to problems • Time management- must be able to work with several designers on different projects • Good customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills between architectural team, consultants, and clients • Technical knowledge of interior materials, innovative solutions, and cost impacts to projects • Ability to assist in selection of appropriate materials • Ability to present and lead design concepts with clients • Life insurance in the amount of up to $100,000 or 2x annual base salary (whichever is less) is provided at no charge.
