Licensed Senior Architect (building, not tech)

Architectural Project Coordinator (Revit Technician)

The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with the Program Manager to ensure the participation of cross-functional stakeholders in furthering project goals. Responsibilities • Work with Program Manager to develop, drive, and implement project goals • Manage communications and deliverables from all stakeholders for project (MEP, client, design/build contractors) • Responsible for the set up, production, and coordination of construction documents using good Revit practices based on established company and industry standards and applicable codes. Qualifications • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, and attention to detail • Ability to prioritize and multi-task • A minimum of 5 years combined drafting and modeling experience using Revit and design experience in an architectural office. • Requires proficiency in Revit, ADA requirements, and a basic knowledge of building construction and Bluebeam Revu. • Strong skills in communication both written and verbal, prioritization, teamwork, problem solving, and a strong attention to detail while working efficiently and accurately.
