We’re looking for a talented Senior Architect who is excited to help shape the future of our firm and grow with us. About the Role The Senior Architect will lead project design and documentation, guide teams through all phases of project delivery, and collaborate closely on the leadership team to elevate design quality and workflow efficiency. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working directly on technical execution, building a team through close networking, and who wants to play a key role in a firm on the rise. Key Responsibilities • Lead design development, construction documentation, and coordination on multiple commercial project types • Oversee project teams and mentor junior staff, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to client intent • Manage client relationships and participate in meetings and on-site coordination • Review and interpret zoning, building codes, and regulatory requirements • Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle • Contribute to the refinement of internal processes, standards, and best practices • Support business development efforts as needed Qualifications • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture • Architectural licensure • 10+ years of professional experience in commercial architecture (medical office or retail experience a plus) • Proficiency in Revit is required; experience with AutoCAD and Bluebeam, or similar tools is a plus • Strong understanding of building systems, codes, and construction processes • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a small-firm environment What We Offer • A growth-focused role with opportunities for advancement and expanded responsibility • A collaborative, supportive team environment • Exposure to diverse commercial project types • Competitive compensation and benefits • The chance to directly influence firm culture, design standards, and client experience How to Apply Interested candidates should submit their resume and a brief introduction
