Responsibilities to include: • Ownership of interior design projects that include deliverables of conceptual design, schematic design, design development & construction documents • Responsible for verifying and accuracy of the scope of work, materials etc. • Leads client communication and meetings • Develop timelines, project schedules, and critical paths • Coordinates with the team on deliverables • Coordinate budgets and proposals • Create awesome work • Works closely with ownership and our design team to deliver incredible products in a timely manner. Requirements: • 5+ years of relevant design experience in hospitality and/or residential interior design • Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or Architecture • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills • Skilled in conceptual thinking, experiential design, and storytelling in space • Certification or state-licensed is a plus • Expert Knowledge of FF&E, color & materials • Expert Knowledge of custom furniture design, drawings, and specifications • Expert knowledge of creating highly branded presentation packages • Ability to manage and execute a project from start to finish • Ability to interface with clients
